Anchored in Aspen Ski Culture

Before the Silver Queen Gondola and before the Shadow Mountain lift, some of Aspen’s earliest skiers were carried on a boat towed up Ajax by a cable. The Boat Tow, is a new Gravity Haus culinary concept that plays tribute to the history of Aspen ski culture. It’s a place where community comes together over a shared passion for the mountains, outdoor adventure, and new experiences.
